For IT Technical issues and software problems support is provided 24 hours * 7 days per week.


Email is the preferred method of communication as that ensures the correct person addresses your issue in the first instance, you won't have to wait to speak to anyone. We will generally call you in response to an email (if requested, or not requested, but deemed appropriate), and often within minutes of receipt of the email. There are local Canada, US and Australian numbers + International Skype numbers.


International IT and Technical support is handled from Australia and is handled directlty by the software programming team. The US and Australian support numbers route through to Australia while the Canada support number routes through to Canada.
