No - If your annual maintenance subscription is paid and active, phone support for IT Technical issues and software operational problems is covered. With a new license, or while evaluating the software the initial install help is provided free. Your maintenance subscription also covers phone support for re-installs, software usage strategy and a reasonable volume of 'how-to' questions. If there is a significant volume of assistance required, or for general risk management and consulting support there may be separate charges so talk to us and, if necessary, we may will propose a modest quote.
