For support, what type of support is available (i.e.: email, phone, onsite, etc...)?

All of the above. Generally email to us is the fastest - because it will be addressed somewhere in the world very quickly, and usually the issues involve some kind of exchange of information, and where appropriate (or you request) we will call you. Sometimes things just have to be done face-to-face so that is done in those cases. Most things can be done remotely, however.
